More Comments at Google MapI paid 900 yen for tanrei dried sardines. The soup is a mix of dried sardines and seafood with soy sauce sauce, the noodles are straight square noodles, and the ingredients are simple: pork shoulder roast, parboiled chicken breast, chopped onions, yuzu peel, and chopped green onions. The broth is carefully removed from the dried sardines, giving it a rich flavor and a delicate yet wonderful aroma. The oil is refreshing, has a good aftertaste, and has just the right amount of salt. Although the noodles are boiled a little hard, they have a nice smooth texture when they go down your throat, and the flavor itself is modest, considering how well it goes with the whole dish. The toppings are well-prepared, and the meat and aromatic vegetables go well together, making for a delicious bowl of rice. The soy sauce sauce is said to be made with Banshu soy sauce, but I like the freshness of the raw soy sauce without the characteristic overpowering sweetness. The hygiene in the store is good without any problems, and although the price is high, it's worth the price, and in terms of customer service, I was impressed by the polite and attentiveness of the one-operated proprietress. I also think that the management has great sense in adjusting business hours in consideration of staff labor and other circumstances, as shown in the notice. The total rating is the highest 5 stars.
This was good. I visited here because I heard they had Monkfish liver ramen. I received a large serving of red bean liver ramen from the hearty set meal. It feels like the red bean liver is further dissolved in the rich dried sardine ramen soup. Very flavorful and delicious. It's delicious. I could really taste the red bean liver, and as I drank the soup, the soup became thicker and tasted more like crab miso. I didn't know what to use for the lemon and salt that came with the ramen. The fried chicken in the set is a very modest size. It's sold at convenience stores, so it's about the size of a fried chicken. It also has a strong taste. The char siu rice bowl set comes with three types of char siu, but it's perfectly fine to have just one type of char siu. When I get ramen with a light soup, I certainly enjoy the different parts of the chashu, but I don't like it when the soup is this rich. I also tried the ``green chili pepper and Japanese pepper'' dressing. Reading the description, it says that you don't add it to the soup like a substitute, but you stir it up like mixed soba and eat it as is. I didn't listen to what the restaurant said and just poured it into the soup and ate it, but it was GOOD❗ Smoked flavored eggs are smoked twice as much as you think. This is also rich. Red bean liver ramen. It was an unusual menu, and the ramen was very well put together and delicious. If you were in Tokyo, you would have to wait in line.
I was surprised when I tried the limited edition “Ultra Delicious Refreshing Noodles with Plum Scent”!! ️ Too delicious👍✨ I've eaten Tanrei Niboshi Ramen 🍜 over 100 times, and my tongue has grown fat. Aside from that It's a shame that you can only eat it for a limited time. I don't like ramen when it's hot...I seriously recommend it to those who want to refrain from eating it! ️ It's limited edition, so if you can't eat it, you'll be just bragging about it.Sorry🙏
