The selling point is the char siu, so this time I ordered ``Char siu noodles (soy sauce)'' and ``Char siu bowl.'' (ФωФ) The delivery time was quick. The ramen itself is classic char siu noodles with char siu, green onions, bean sprouts, and kamaboko on top. (ФωФ) Well, I haven't seen Naruto on ramen lately. The soup has a light soy sauce flavor with little oil. It had a very mild soy sauce flavor, perhaps because it was a Japanese-style soup stock. The noodles are straight noodles with a low water content and are cut into short pieces, making them easy to eat. The char siu bowl has plenty of char siu on top of the ramen, and the char siu is lightly drizzled with mayonnaise. However, there is quite a lot of red ginger that comes with it, so even if it feels like it loses to the red ginger, I think it's okay to use a little less. (ФωФ) Because they have been serving ramen for a long time, I was able to enjoy simple, sturdy, and traditional Chinese noodles. (ﾟ∀ﾟ*) However, the store staff are quite unfriendly. I have been going to this store ever since my senior colleague took me there when I was a new employee, so I have a lot of fond memories of this store. Even though the owner and staff have changed, the deliciousness remains the same. The char siu is creamy and delicious. The special portion is about twice the size, so it's filling. The chashu appetizer is also delicious.
