It's a ramen called Omijiro. The soup is light, so it is easier to eat compared to the rich Jiro type. Personally, this is one of the top ramen shops in Hikone.

I went there for the first time in a while! I was wondering if it was pork soba or rich, but this one is definitely rich! After all, my standard for rich ramen is this rich ramen!! Next is pork soba which is as rich as it gets 😁👍
