Hikone, Shiga, Japan｜Tajima

I visited around 2:30pm on a weekday, and there were two groups waiting, and the fabric was about to sell out. This time I ordered the sauce and mustard mayonnaise at a restaurant I had been interested in for a while! While waiting for the takoyaki to be baked, we serve dashi and soy sauce flavor☺️ Next time I would like to try unglazed grilled food, so I will go again!

A store I was interested in. I bought dashi soy sauce and chili pepper mayo. It was fluffy, the soup stock was strong and it was very delicious! It's not a calitro like Gin⚪︎ko's, but it feels like it's easy to eat, and I'm confident in the taste of the bowl (unglazed) served. It looks so delicious even just grilled with salt. Definitely a repeat purchase!

I had researched a delicious takoyaki restaurant in Hikone and went there with high expectations, but it lived up to my expectations and the kids raved about it! It was very delicious. Sorry to bother you again.
