It was a dish called ``shrimp soba'' that I had never heard of before, so I was curious and decided to try it! The store itself is not large, but there is a parking lot. I ordered "Shrimp Soba" and "Shrimp Tomato Tsukemen". It may seem a bit heavy-handed, but when you eat it, you can really feel the flavor and aroma of the lobster, but it's not overwhelming. Apparently it has less salt and oil than regular ramen (* ᵕᴗᵕ )) It's not too demanding and I think even women can enjoy it. Tsukemen contains tomatoes, so it's thicker and richer! If you want to try new flavors, check it out! We also have paper aprons and hair ties ready, so I'm glad you're so considerate 🎶

We had shrimp miso ramen and shrimp salt ramen! Shrimp miso had a strong shrimp flavor and shrimp salt had a gentle shrimp flavor and was very delicious! It's also good to eat boiled eggs with soup! Surprised at the size of the chashu! It was soft and delicious! Shrimp miso is thick noodles Shrimp salt is thin noodles As expected, I ate two cups, so I'm full (laughs) There is no odor, and the umami of shrimp is firmly brought out, and people who like shrimp should definitely like it!
