When I came here for the first time, I sat at the counter seat closest to the entrance and ordered a beer. A very nice person at the store asked me, ``Is this your first time at this store?'' and explained about the store. This shop is called Ino-tei and sells Niigata's local cuisine and alcohol, and there are also 6 other food stalls in one space. Speaking of food stalls, I wanted to try the atmosphere and food of other restaurants, so I headed up the ladder to [Nops], a soft-shelled turtle restaurant. I was so impressed that there was a place where I could easily enjoy soft-shelled turtle dishes, as I rarely get to eat them! The chawanmushi and rice porridge with soft-shelled turtle soup were super delicious! I want to go again (⁠｡⁠•̀⁠ᴗ⁠-⁠)⁠✧

Interesting system. When you open the door, there are about 6.7 counter stores, and no matter which booth you sit in, you can eat whatever you want from other stores. In other words, if the yakitori restaurant is full, you can sit at a Spanish bar, order drinks and other things there, then go buy whatever yakitori you want and eat it at Spain Pal. Everyone was really delicious.

You can eat food from 7 stores! Each restaurant offers its own delicious food! The places I often go to are Bonjin-san for obanzai and Noppus for soft-shelled turtle cuisine. All dishes are exquisite.
