I go to Yadai Zushi when it's close to where I'm visiting or staying. Sushi lovers vary, but I think the cost performance is good. Stocking may vary depending on the store, but I think this store is good. It's the same with all restaurants that service is slow when the restaurant is full. The manager who makes the sushi at the counter is more attentive than other stores. When I want to order, I make eye contact with the manager before I see the person on the floor. The same treatment applies to regular customers, occasional visitors, and first-time customers. I am a customer on business trips several times a year. If you go there for a drink alone and it's empty, you'll be shown to a spacious table seat, but you'll be asked to sit at the counter closer to the manager. You can enjoy a pleasant and delicious meal to end the day.

We also had sashimi, fried octopus, and much more. Drinks were half price until 7pm, so I drank a lot. We recommend the soda from Shine Muscat in Izumo City.

Some drinks are half price until 19:00, so we recommend going early. However, since it is a popular restaurant, it is better to make a reservation in advance even on weekdays. The food is reasonably priced, served quickly, and satisfying. I think the store clerk is also doing his best.
