Gifu styled soup noodle. Unlike typical ramen shop , they serve light soup based ramen with slightly wider yet chewy ramen. They only serve one type of ramen here, no other choice of flavour. But instead, you may custom your bowl of ramen with different types of ramen toppings. Apart from ramen, their fried rice was aromatic. It is also another must order.

Personally, this is the best ramen restaurant I went to this summer. Since I live in the southern part of Mikawa, there is no Gifu Tanmen nearby, so I was finally able to visit the store. In Aichi, the food preferences of people from Kyushu, mainly Toyota, seem to have formed in recent years, and the same is true for ramen soup stock. However, the taste of Gifu Tanmen's salt soup, which is unique to them, is recognized by the natives of Owari, Mikawa, and Mino as having ``umami and structure'', which is why I felt that they have been in business this long. I would also like to add that the customer service attitude of the staff was truly sincere, rather than just an afterthought.

I repeat it many times! My favorite shop. There are many times when we are lined up. There are only two tables, so if you go with children, you might have to wait a while...You can get sweets when you leave for 100 yen for children's ramen, so it's child-friendly.When I went there the other day, the rather large male waiter was very nice. I had a pleasant meal! The staff are all nice people and the food is delicious, so I'll be going again!
