Toyohashi, Aichi, Japan｜Kurumaya Ramen Toyohashi

I usually go to a light ramen shop (if anything), but it was a slightly chilly night that day, and an acquaintance told me that Kurumaya's ramen is delicious! I ordered ramen and gyoza. The gyoza had a good amount of garlic, which I liked. The miso butter ramen was very delicious with a taste that permeated the cold body! I finished all the soup (laughs). Counter seats (some box seats are available) and water is self-service. The store is a little narrow, but there are two entrances, so I thought it would be easy to enter and exit the store.

I came to Toyohashi for the first time in a long time to eat miso ramen from Kurumaya Ramen when I got tired of meat and fish after the New Year. My favorite miso ramen for over 30 years. Counter seats were full even though it was around 9pm. The same great prosperity as before❗️🥹 First of all, toast with beer and dumplings. The grated ingredients melt in your mouth, and it's still delicious and goes well with beer! ️😍 Miso ramen finished with beer in no time. Spicy green onion miso topped with corn. The noodles are slightly curly medium-thick noodles. The sweet miso flavor is mixed with black sesame and the garlic tightens everything. delicious! ️🥳 I think it's unfair to use garlic, but once you eat it, you can't stop. The miso ramen here is top class for me❗️I had it today as well. The bluntness of the general and his wife is the same as before. LOL This lack of friendliness is irresistible! ️😱 It is a shop that I want you to continue forever.

I like Kurumaya Ramen Gyoza in Toyohashi. Like Hamamatsu gyoza, it's mainly cabbage, but it's not watery and fluffy, and the skin is crispy. It can be eaten lightly and even a woman can have two servings. (6 pieces for 1 person) Every time my husband goes to Kurumaya Ramen, it's bottled beer, dumplings and stamina ramen. Fried rice is also delicious. It just smells like garlic. There are many male customers at Kurumaya Ramen. I work late into the night, so when I get home late from work, I often go there with my husband. We are not open during the day!
