A ramen shop located in a back alley in front of Toyohashi Station in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. Just a few minutes walk from the station. It's small with only a few seats at the counter, and you can feel the Showa era atmosphere everywhere. Ramen comes with soy sauce, salt, and miso. This time I ordered soy sauce chashu noodles. Miso flavor is also popular. The pork fills the bowl, and you can't see the noodles, but it still makes an impact. There are about 8 pieces of char siu, and rather than guinea braised char siu, it is a chewy char siu with a solid thigh meat. It was very soft, had a lot of flavor, and was delicious. Surprisingly, it was about 7 to 8 mm thick, so in total it was a decent amount and left me feeling full. The soup was also rich and sweet and delicious. I felt that there were many regular customers.

The salt ramen also has garlic and is rich and delicious! ! 😋 After all, if you're in a post town, it's more cost-effective to have a drink at a cool ramen shop like this than at a small, stylish restaurant. I got the salt butter ramen. While eating plenty of butter, it felt like it melted little by little and the taste changed. It was an irresistible taste for butter lovers. The shop has a Showa atmosphere and is nice. It's a shop I want to visit again✨
