I had the Kyoto-style sea bream salt ramen. It's light and salty and the dashi stock is effective, and it's delicious! Pork shabu instead of char siu doesn't have a bad smell either! When I put pepper on it, I felt that it had a slight yuzu flavor (maybe just my imagination💦). It was delicious until the end with chasing pepper. I want to eat yuzu salt ramen at Kadoya someday! I would like to ask you again.
