This is a famous ramen shop in Toyota. I visited around 11:30 and it was almost full. This time I ordered Jiro Tsukemen. It's called Jiro, but it doesn't come with bean sprouts or cabbage unless you order it separately. (For Tsukemen) I ordered a separate topping for the chashu, but it came with a large one by default, so it was difficult to eat. If you prefer a Jiro-style soup flavor, use a thicker dipping sauce with garlic. The char siew is also so large that it becomes difficult to eat. When I eat tsukemen, I sometimes worry about the soup, but this restaurant has a large amount of soup, so I'm very grateful that I can eat without thinking about that. The ramen was, of course, delicious, but the person who seemed to be the owner spoke to me wonderfully.While he was busy preparing the food, he spoke out to each customer to guide them one by one, and even greeted them on their way home. I went there without fail. I think it's really great that you can provide such customer service despite your busy schedule. I'll visit you again. thank you for the food.

A hearty topping of Jiro Tsukemen (large). It's great with lots of cabbage in the vegetables. Plus it's sweet. That's why you can eat so much. The chashu is also big and delicious. Delicious enough to be made with just chashu and white rice. The dipping sauce is Jiro style with a little bit of spice. The sweetness of the vegetables blends in, and by the time you slurp the noodles, you've got a nice mix of sweetness and spiciness. The store is spacious and clean, and water is refilled quickly. Sometimes the staff are so busy that they don't collect the food tickets in the order they enter the store, but it can't be helped since it's a part-time job. However, the clerks here work very hard and move around. There is usually some dipping sauce left over. I don't think anyone would complain if we reduced food waste a little more, so if you're a store employee and see this comment, please think about it. Thank you for the meal.
