Although it is located in the food court, you can enjoy authentic tonkotsu ramen. Lately, I've been going there on Tuesdays before playing tennis. I'm also thankful that it's not crowded on weekday evenings. Thank you for the never-tiring tonkotsu feast.

It's so delicious. I'm a Tokyo resident from Hamamatsu who thought that Hamamatsu citizens should be grateful that they can eat this level of pork bone ramen at the food court, so I thought I wouldn't have to give a great review. I felt the impression that the pork bones were darker and the umami was stronger than the real Nagahama type. If anything, it's closer to the "Isso" and "shinshin" that I ate in Hakata, and I don't like the crispy thin feeling of the authentic Nagahama style, so I think the soup here is really delicious. Masu. There are super-authentic Nagahama-style Hakata ramen in Tokyo, such as "Kenta" and "Barikote", but I can't help but feel that none of them have enough umami, so I like the ramen here. I think I prefer ramen that isn't overpowering but has just the right amount of umami. The scribble next door also serves super high-quality cochin soy sauce ramen, and it's really amazing! ! ! In Hamamatsu, there are ramen shops that have trained at a super-lined noodle shop Ittou near Ichino, and ramen shops that serve stylish soy sauce. I would like to recommend the value of being able to eat ya doodles at the food court without lining up to people coming to Hamamatsu. It may be because you think it's too much to say, but it's really delicious, so please don't miss it! ! If you eat the ramen here, you will understand how unreliable the reviews of people who have not eaten delicious food on Google reviews, but who have not eaten so much. ! ! Is delicious! ! !

I had Negiyama Ramen. I was thrilled to be able to eat such delicious Hakata-style ramen at the food court. The light and mild but flavorful soup goes well with the thin noodles ☺️ The roasted pork hidden under the green onions is a perfect dish for a painter. The green onions and pickled ginger are all delicious. Personally, I'm happy that it doesn't have that much of a tonkotsu smell. Also, the noodles are especially delicious, so a substitute might be a must.
