For ramen, I ordered shrimp soba. It looks like a white soup. The soup is slightly thick and resembles potage. However, it is easier than it looks. It also has a strong shrimp flavor. The noodles are thin and straight. Because the soup is a potage, it sticks together well. Before you know it, you'll have eaten it all in no time.
