This is my first visit. However, it was a cup that made me feel nostalgic. We had lunch at Ichinomiya on a rainy weekday. There are many restaurants I want to go to on the east side of Ichinomiya Station, but for a quick lunch I always choose noodles. That's it! Let's go to Kanchan Ramen! I have been fascinated by the visuals of this ramen for a long time. The dark soy sauce-colored soup looks similar to Takayama ramen, and is also very similar to Takeoka-style ramen from Chiba Prefecture. It is similar to Kaeshi, a local ramen that has been loved for a long time in Boso, and is made by dissolving the broth of chashu pork in hot water without using soup. I remember eating Takeoka-style char siu wontons that looked very similar. There are two parking spaces diagonally across from the intersection where the store is located. I parked my car and headed to the store, but I was very excited to see the store as it was old. The entrance to the store has a sliding door open to improve ventilation. A ramen shop with a traditional layout, with a counter as soon as you enter. The counter is bent into a dogleg shape, and there is a female owner in the kitchen? is shaking the wok. Fried rice was dancing inside the wok. ●Charshu wonton noodles 850 yen *Free lunchtime rice It reminded me of the chashu wonton noodles I had in Chiba Prefecture, and I couldn't help but order it. The rice bowl arrived surprisingly quickly. I was seated farthest from the kitchen, so I couldn't see whether the sashimi was used or dissolved in the soup. The dark color is amber and seems to have a strong taste, but the taste is not at all strong, which is common with ramen with this dark color. Rather refreshing. One side has char siu, chopped green onions, and one piece of seaweed. It's hard to see, but there are wontons inside. The wontons were smooth and had a great texture. The chashu is also very delicious. The soup is refreshing, so it's a little less punchy. Goes well with pepper. The noodles will also turn light brown. "Kanchan Ramen" has a small menu and operates almost exclusively for ramen. We had delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Wonton noodles won't taste good if they're not well seasoned, but I recommend them because the soup has a nice flavor from the shaved bonito flakes and soy sauce, and the soup has just the right amount of broth. The noodles and chashu are also delicious. I think it's a model for soy sauce ramen. I've had it over 10 times and it's always delicious.
