The boiled dumplings, rouleau rice, and sanratan were all so delicious. I thought the Taiwanese gyoza was a bonus with the set, but I was disappointed. I apologize. It's nice to be able to have authentic Taiwanese tea in a special tea set. I participated in a tea ceremony, but they kindly taught me how to brew tea and Taiwanese culture. The desserts were also delicious, such as pineapple cookies, Taiwanese castella and shaved ice. The dumplings and dishes are delicious, and I personally recommend mapo rice. The numbing spiciness of the hemp flavor of Sichuan pepper is clear, and preferences may be divided, but I like it.
