Iekei Ramen, the restaurant I was invited to, is the original one in Yokohama, and I've eaten at various places in Tokyo and Chiba as well, but it's hard to find a restaurant that makes me want to come back again. I don't have anything like that, but this store...I kept coming back. First of all, the menu is amazing. I recommend custom rather than standard! I understand that family products have a fixed taste, so customizing them can take them to a whole new level. I've been eating my family's food for decades, and I used to eat it normally, but it's been a long time since I've been so surprised. Especially natto ramen! The natto was made with great care and I could feel the love. I could tell that the owner also loves natto by adding just the egg yolk and chopped green onion at the end. It's almost impossible that natto and Iekei ramen go together so well, and it's amazing how they're taking on the challenge of creating products that are unlikely to ever come out. And it's delicious. I think I'll try everything on the menu for now. Also, some people commented that there was no parking lot, but there was one. Fits 4 cars. The char siu is thick, soft and delicious! Also, when I looked at the menu, I noticed that it was student ramen.You can have a bowl of ramen for 500 yen, and if you come before 2pm, half the rice is free! ️There were also a lot of students. I remembered that if there was a ramen shop like this when I was a student, I would have gone there every day after school. The manager's personality is good, and the service is good from time to time, so I personally recommend this family-run ramen restaurant and give it a perfect score. Another review said it smelled like cigarettes, so I went in when there were no other customers. I don't like it when people smoke. Order Nori no Kiwami Ramen! A young person made it! As the name suggests, there is plenty of seaweed! The noodles had a chewy texture!
