He even removed the fish power from the self service desk to make sure I didn't accidentally put it on! It's rare to get that kind of consideration here in Japan. I ordered the Hiroshima style okonomiyaki. Arrived in less than 10 minutes. It was as delicious as the one in Hiroshima. A little less cabbage.
