I was curious about the street ramen. The recommendation was the yuzu salt ramen, and it was very satisfying. The menma is seasoned by the owner, so the attention to detail is amazing! It's longer than normal, and it's rare around here. The chashu is also soft and melts in your mouth. The soup also has a good vegetable stock that goes well with the nice scent of yuzu! The noodles are thin and delicate. But al dente! It was perfectly cooked and delicious! When the weather gets a little warmer, I would like to eat outside. Please note that it opens at 19:00. The owner was a humble and very nice person.

Ramen is delicious. I recommend Yuzushio Ramen. It's refreshing, but it's satisfying to eat. Master is quiet but kind.
