That is "Iwanori Ramen Red". Ushio's first spicy ramen made by the owner who doesn't like spicy food. I went to eat right away 🎵 The base is "Iwanori Ramen White", and the soup (pork bone salt) is made spicy with doubanjiang and other spicy seasonings. I ate Yujiro. The noodles are delicious and have a strong presence of garlic, and the soup is rich and delicious. I got everything including the soup. It was a very satisfying ramen. The store was clean and the staff were very kind.
