Choshi, Chiba, Japan｜ラーメン無道居 8月1日〜9月16日まで研修のため臨時休業、9月17日から通常営業

The owner is a chef who used to run a noodle shop in Ikebukuro. Later, he wanted to start his own school, so he opened a noodle shop here. It’s really delicious. The ramen is delicious and the soup is not salty. You can finish it all. If you haven’t had breakfast, come here for lunch. One bowl here is enough. The meat is very big and reminds me of Jiro Ramen...but on top of that, there are fried bean sprouts and a non-salty soup. It was so delicious that I drank up all the soup base the first time I went there. All in all, it’s delicious.

I had ramen and mini chashu bowl. My companion had special ramen. It's ramen, but 600 yen is too cheap for this quality❗ Special ramen is 1100 yen. The soup noodles were delicious and the quality was elaborate so I never got tired of them. Personally, I liked Menma. When you go to Choshi, you tend to eat a lot of seafood, but this restaurant's ramen is worth it.
