I ordered Kojirodai with vegetable mashimashi, abura mashi, garlic mashimashi, noodle mashimashi, and pork double! It's as delicious as the original Jiro. I continued eating without hesitation. The umami of the soy sauce and back fat that blended into the pork bone-based soup was well-balanced. Good with just the right amount of salt! The noodles are chewy and have a satisfying chewy texture with a strong wheat taste. The pork may look dry at first glance, but it's well-seasoned and moist. I want to take a whole bottle home and bite into it.
On my first visit, I immediately ordered while looking at the menu. Yasai Garlic Abra Regular noodles cost 1,030 yen. It was delicious with a strong taste and sensitivity.
