I'm really curious about the French food made by ramen shops. I made a reservation and went 😍 There is a private room at the back of the ramen shop where you can eat your ramen. The private room is the type where you take off your shoes! ️ Carpaccio came out first. It comes in a stylish glass, and I enjoyed it while mixing various ingredients. Lobster croquette is a rich cream croquette that is delicious when eaten with lobster sauce😋 It was my first time eating angel shrimp, but the flesh was so tender that it might be my favorite shrimp lol The charcoal-grilled Yamagata pork was fragrant and the meat was sweet and delicious. Shime's mullet pasta is the best because the saltiness of the mullet goes well with the pasta✌️ I didn't want the mullet so I ended up scooping it all up and eating it lol Reservations are required for the creative course! ️ If you are interested, please make a reservation.

Miso cheese ramen with baguette and parmesan cheese! Is there melty mozzarella cheese in the soup? As I continued to eat, the chashu came out and the miso soup and medium-thick noodles were very delicious. The beef tongue steak was also thick and juicy. Next time I would like to reserve the French course.

Since it has a good reputation, I thought it would be crowded for lunch on holidays, but it was empty. However, having thin noodles in a slightly unique soup was even more delicious than I expected. Ramen and French? It's an unusual combination, but I have a feeling it'll be a lot of fun if you go with a few people and share. There's a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, so it's a good idea to drink while you're at it. The only regret is that the chair is not comfortable for sitting for long periods of time.
