Suzuka, Mie, Japan｜Gifu Tanmen Suzuka

The location is Chuo-dori, Suzuka. There are many restaurants and ramen shops, but I was curious about Gifu Tanmen because there was always a line every day, so I stopped by Gifu Tanmen. Since it was my first time, I went with the most popular half-chan set, 1 spiciness. The noodles were thin and the sweetness of the soup and vegetables was delicious. The clerk was also in good spirits. Be careful not to add too much vinegar bean sprouts as they will become sour. Thank you for the meal. Next time, I would like to try something original with various toppings.

It was my first time at Gifu Tanmen. I ordered 1 spiciness with extra vegetables. The taste of the soup was good, and the noodles were thin and straight to my liking! There were always people lining up, so it was hard to get in, but I was able to get in easily at 5:00 pm. I would like to go again during this time.

Soup is delicious and not spicy. A little later, two servings of dumplings. Eat hot with soy sauce. That works. I eat regular Gifu tanmen with vinegar bean sprouts in the soup. It's even more delicious!
