This shop was so shocking that I was really impressed. ①The atmosphere inside the store was tropical (South American) style, and I felt an exotic atmosphere. It was like a tropical cafe or snack shop, and it had a unique worldview, which was interesting! ②The customer service of the store clerk (owner?) was somewhat exotic, brash, and curt, which was also interesting and unique, which was good. (Please don't expect courteous customer service. This is the style of this restaurant!) ③One bowl of ramen with salt and soy sauce costs 720 yen! ! It's cheap. This price was also a surprise. ④And above all, the soup here is unique. Other people haven't written about it, but it felt like ``smokin' salt ramen'' and it was shocking. Smoked? Roasted? The soup had that kind of aroma, and it was made with melting hot water, making it a very exciting ramen unlike any other. So I thought there was no other way to give it than five stars. If we consider the curtness of customer service as a part of culture, does it also become a "taste"? ! That's it.

It was by far the best salt ramen I've ever had. The char siu is thick, soft, and tastes great. However, although the air conditioner is on, the counter seats were hot due to the heat of the kitchen, so it might be a good idea to use a handy fan.
