This is finally my 200th blog post! (There are still about 300 ramen restaurants left in Japan alone...ugh...!!) In particular, I experienced it at The Ramen Location ‘Haruchiki’ in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture. I'm going to write an episode with the affectionate boss and his wife. Leave your luggage at your hotel in Nagoya, take the Kintetsu Nagoya Line to Yokkaichi, transfer again, and get off at Kawaramachi Station. The season to sip mugicha is coming. In Japan, it feels like summer begins in May. It's about a 30-minute walk from the station. It's surprisingly not uncommon to go to a famous ramen restaurant in a big city in Japan. Of course, there is the variable of waiting, but the ramen location is close to nature, but I still see the mountains and fields too often!! In particular, transportation is not good, so most places have to be reached on foot, so physical fitness is a must!! As I walked for a while while looking at Google Maps, the restaurant got closer and closer. A small square sign is visible. This is a screenshot from The Ramen location video... I can see that the noren is hanging, so it is open for business!! At a little after 1:30, there was only one customer inside the restaurant. The restaurant plays jazz softly, and a breeze blows in from the open front door. The cool ice water, along with the incoming breeze, gives rest to tired legs and dry throat. Although it is a restaurant where smoking is allowed, there were no smoking customers, and there were only two tables that could seat about 10 people and a table for 4 people. The interior is quite large, which is the opposite of the narrow atmosphere of Ramenya. The tachi is very long, so it looks like 80 centimeters at most, and the spacing between the chairs is wide. As for the menu, of course I order Chinese soba. Yellow halogen lighting illuminates the interior, and the lighting on the ceiling, which resembles pin lighting like a stage lamp, also sets the mood. Payment is in the form of payment later and you can place your luggage in the basket. You can fill the water first and use the water container yourself. As you can see in the video, it comes with chicken and fish and shellfish soup that does not use pork. I never thought I would come all the way to Mie Prefecture... The ramen location really has this charm!! Does it feel like finding another treasure?? I ate the soup A slight acidity is added to the Shiotori-style soup. The Tory bass is a bit dominant, but like the Hans Endo, the balance is really great. The temperature of the soup is lukewarm and the salinity is average, making it a satisfying soup!! Since the owner kept taking pictures, he was curious and asked questions. Maybe it was because of my poor Japanese, but he asked me where I was from. They were so surprised that I came from Korea!! Then I showed the video of this place on my phone and the owner and his wife were so surprised and loved it. He then tells me to eat ramen first. As you can see, chijiremen is used on the façade to create a sense of volume. It is a chijiremen measuring around 20 centimeters and is characterized by being springy and curly. The temperature of the noodles is warm, medium cooked, and the chewy texture is good, like a slightly thin jjolmyeon (jjolmyeon). The point of eating it with soup is to feel the soup seeping into the space between the noodles at once!! It is a pork chashu with a chewy texture and a slight pork flavor. The scaffolding is a bit soft, but feels a bit chewy as well. It's light chashu, highly satisfying, and goes well with soup! I was really curious about the curry-flavored menma in this location. As expected, it is definitely curry-flavored menma!! It's usually a ready-made menma, but it feels good when it's flavored with curry!! Is this a technology that preserves Menma’s unique scent through curry? I have a huge dislike!! The salinity was a bit salty and I was satisfied with the Menma. Ajitama surprisingly had a pudding-like taste!! excellent!! Ah, this is a great item!! It contains wheat bran, something you would find in Hokkaido or the Tohoku region!? There was also some katsuobushi in the soup, but it was ordinary. It was interesting that the seaweed had a texture similar to stone seaweed and a slightly reminiscent taste of green seaweed. Seesaw input also provides a refreshing kick. There is a pickled side dish so I tried it. It's umeboshi and it's sour that it's perfect as a side dish. Now is the time to add pepper and focus on eating. The pepper adds a nice kick to the flavor, but doesn't ruin the overall balance. I eat ramen like crazy. This is Bonas Heart Negi!! It was a pleasant bowl of mild shio-based Chinese soba with a clean finish. After realizing that the meal was finished, the owner and his wife spoke to me. Today, when he found out that I came from Korea, he was very surprised and asked how I got here. He was even more surprised when I told him I walked from Kawaramachi Station. What can a foreigner do!! Ttubeok is the best!! When I told them that the ramen enthusiasts in Korea knew about this restaurant, they seemed touched and were very grateful. I am thankful!! After chatting about various things, I asked the owner if I could take pictures of the interior and the owner, and he gave me the OK sign!! The white tiger you can see right away when you enter the building!! I don't know what it means, but it's definitely a fun object!! The boss of the video from about 10 years ago was... Now that the boss is a little older, he looks more dignified with sparse white hair. The lady took a picture with the boss along with a thumbs up. Even Hans Endo doesn’t know much about Mie. If this wasn't the case for me, who would have thought that I would spend this May's Golden Week holiday in Mie!!? Like Hans Endo, my heart is happy. As I packed my camera and bag and prepared to go back, the lady suddenly said she was driving me to Yokkaichi Station. I waved my hand saying it was okay, but he responded with a gentle smile, so what can I say? It reminded me of the location of Yatsushiro's The Ramen Kyushu edition. I'm sorry, but I was grateful. I say hello to the boss and get in the car. The lady who gratefully sent me off... I won't forget this favor!! I took a picture of a woman’s car passing by. Kintetsu, not JR!! Kintetsu seems to have its own charm!! I explored Mie Prefecture using the Kintetsu Rail Pass for about 3 days and fell in love with the charm of local trains that I couldn't experience with JR!! Laota seems to inevitably fall into the trap of going on a ramen tour in Japan!! Isn’t this good too? ps: This is the 200th post. These posts are not enough. It feels like it hasn't been long since I posted my 100th post, but I think I was a little more diligent last year and made it to 100. This year, I plan to go to Japan more flexibly than last year. Last year, I canceled about 3 flights because I was not in good physical condition, perhaps because I overexerted myself a bit. Although practicing Laota is important, health seems to be more important than that!! Still, I will try to run until I can run as much as I can!! There are still a ton of posts left, but I will try once again to reach my 300th post!! I am grateful to my neighbors and acquaintances who often leave comments and click hearts. They say no one reads blogs anymore As long as I have The Ramen location left and a Ramen restaurant to go to, I will continue to leave these records. Of course, there are many things that are posted casually on Instagram, but there will always be a blog for sustainable Lao Tajil. I hope that the force will be with all Laota's paths... Thank you!! (Excerpt from a blog post... You can see the detailed post by searching 'soulsungi' on Naver!!)

This is my first time eating Chinese noodles in my life. That's not it! I've had it before! What on earth is that? ! The existence called me! ! I thought about this as I ate it. I took a sip. It was so good I cried. I cried remembering that day. I felt happy to be alive. I was grateful for everything in the world. I took another sip. The effect seems to be outstanding. When I go out after dinner A light truck was running in the middle of the road. Maybe I don't feel grateful enough?

When I lived in an apartment near Haruyoshi about 10 years ago, I used to go there often. The first time I went there, I noticed that my husband was quiet and stubborn! But as I went there, we started talking more and more, and even now, when I go to Yokkaichi for business, I always go there to eat!! The fried chicken is also excellent. The fried garlic that comes with fried chicken is irresistible! Ahhh, I’m starting to want to go to Haruyoshi!
