More Comments at Google MapI had the green onion tonkotsu ramen and it was shockingly delicious. It's a strong pork bone soup, but with a refreshing aftertaste, it's a delicious soup that you can drink as much as you want. I only ordered barikata noodles, but they were delicious. It seemed like if I didn't control it, it would keep changing. I want to go again.
Reading everyone's comments, I see opinions from both sides, such as ``It's the real deal'' and ``No, this isn't the real deal,'' but I think the taste reminds me of ``that Shaba Tonkotsu in Hakata or Nagahama.'' Kyushu-style tonkotsu in the Kanto region is usually over-arranged (or influenced by Kurume and Kitakyushu-style restaurants), and is ridiculously thick and fatty, and people mistakenly think that it's the standard for Kyushu. There are too many. By the way, this restaurant's food is gentle and delicious without wasting fat. That's right, this is the ramen over there. I thought it might have a strong flavor that wasn't straight forward. I guess the chashu is rosette with skin. It's delicious and good as a snack, but it might be too strong for ramen. I wasn't able to drink in my car today, but there are food stall-like menus, so I'd like to drink somewhere.
I heard it for the first time. It is a Hakata ramen shop with a light Shaba Shaba style. It was my favorite ramen, so I would like to ask again.
