More Comments at Google MapPark your car in the parking space in front of the store and enter the store 🚶♂️ There is a touch panel ticket vending machine on the right side as you enter. There is a menu with images next to the ticket vending machine, so it's easy to remember. I ordered soy sauce pork bone, toppings of flavored egg, nori, and menma🍜 I took a seat at the counter and submitted my meal ticket. I asked for a small rice service 🍚 The soup is a delicious pork bone soup🐷 Wrapping rice with nori soaked in this soup is the best way to eat it 😋 The noodles and chashu were both delicious, thank you for the meal 🙇♂️
Updated 11/08 Located in Kashima, Ibaraki Prefecture Ramen Tonkotsu Ryuseigun This is a tonkotsu ramen shop with a rich flavor that is not found in Kamisu. It's the type where you buy and pay from a ticket vending machine, and it's nice to have mustard mustard greens and pickled ginger on the table. Of course there's garlic too. The photo shows soy sauce tonkotsu + mini rice bowl (I chose a mini rice bowl, but there is also a mini chashu rice bowl) The owner is also a wonderful person, so please come and eat there. I like having crunchy plums on the table because it's a refreshing palate cleanser. It is also attractive that the substitute balls are cheap at 100 yen. *Currently, a small bowl of rice is included for free with the service. (The general will ask, ``Do you want to serve small rice?'') *Business hours and store holidays are currently being adjusted, so please use the listed hours, store holidays, etc. as a guideline for the current situation. (Sometimes open on Tuesdays) 10/18 Crispy plums have changed from being a standard topping to being placed on the table and allowing you to freely add toppings. The quail egg topping will also be removed. Although not yet, we plan to offer Chinese noodles in the future. 11/08 Chinese noodles and salt ramen were now available. If you don't like kotteri, please try this *The photo of the ticket vending machine has also been updated. 12/6 I've added photos of Chinese noodles and gyoza that are only served at night.
This restaurant is called "Tonkotsu," but they serve Chinese noodles based on chicken bones. The taste of the soup was rich and personally it was a hit 🤤🫶🎯 I wonder if the pork will be light and the noodles will be soft? The soup was well seasoned and delicious. Please note that Karashi Takana is more like mustard with mustard greens in it🌶💥It was served on the small rice served🤤🙏 ****** As a side note, the restaurant has changed several times over the past few years, from Lion Restaurant to Ramen Restaurant to Ryuseigun? I visited this restaurant after hearing that it was said to be delicious, and it was indeed delicious🤫 The tonkotsu is not 100% straight pork bones from Fukuoka, but the noodles are the same as the Chinese noodles I had this time, and are Kumamoto-style (chicken bone pork bones). Next time I will try salt ramen 🐓
