The hamburger and demi sauce were delicious, but the supporting characters surrounding the hamburger took a lot of time and effort! Broccoli was not just boiled, but salt and olive oil were applied. We revisited in January 2023. My wife had a hamburger and I had a pork steak. It's still the best! From what I've researched, the master seems to have opened the store from a place other than the cooking field. But I think it's a wonderful restaurant where all the dishes are full of flavor. I really love it!
