Yokosuka, Kanagawa, Japan｜Le Bistrot de Bourgogne

Having a very great lunch in my last days in Yokosuka Japan🇯🇵 .Staying at the Mercure Hotel. The restaurant is on the 19th floor of the hotel. The breakfast in the mornings are fantastic. I'm really enjoying my stay here. The Coaska Mall is right across the street from the hotel. The food I had today was something I haven't had in a long time. Last time was when I was in Athens Greece. My next stop will be back in Korea 🇰🇷. I'll be flying out this coming Friday. I didn't get to post very much in Japan because of the COVID19. But I always wanted to visit Japan 🇯🇵 ever since I was a child. I wish I could have visit more. I did get a chance to live in Yokosuka Japan for 26 months. Also the bottle of wine I had was great. I will miss my friends and coworkers that I have made here here in Japan 🇯🇵.

7/03/2023 Unfortunately, Yokosuka does not have many proper restaurants and restaurants. Komatsu, a historical Japanese restaurant, was destroyed in a fire. Bistro Burgundy at the Mercure Hotel, overlooking the naval port of Yokosuka, is one of those few restaurants. I had the "Soleil" course (2800 yen including tax) for lunch. The appetizer is marinated swordfish and tomato mousse. usually. The next "cold edamame soup" was sprinkled with olive oil and was delicious. I got this idea. The main dish, "braised lamb leg (braised) and pumpkin puree" was extremely delicious. Dessert wasn't a big deal, but the cospa of this course, combined with the view of the naval port outside the window, is a special mention.
