The beef skirt steak (2400 yen) tasted like Aussie beef. Tender red meat. I've never actually eaten Aussie beef myself, but I think it might be a good idea for those who are used to eating such meat.

I used it at a welcome and farewell party. The large chunks of meat, which you wouldn't be able to eat at home, and the pile of fries had a perfect taste and texture. The mussels steamed in white wine were not only hearty, but the flavors and textures of the ingredients and soup were very well balanced and gentle. The final risotto was also gentle and had a delicate taste. Personally, I found the potato fries to be irresistible to potato fries lovers because the flavor was concentrated in the potatoes, and the texture felt like it had been boiled. I want to go again!
