I visited on a weekday for dinner. The inside of the store was small and stylish. Each dish was carefully explained to us about the food and the ingredients (locality/characteristics), so I was able to savor every bite as I ate. Ingredients are procured in season from all over Japan and overseas, making the most of the deliciousness of the ingredients. Also, I would like to visit when I want to eat delicious Italian. I had a set of handmade pasta for lunch. The chewy noodles were al dente, and it was very delicious with the tomato sauce.
