The buckwheat flour visa was healthy and delicious. Soba and visa are food cultures of different countries. I feel like a new food culture has been born that has successfully fused together.

I ordered the weekly set. A set of country soba and mixed rice is 990 yen. Satisfied with the volume! The taste of the soup is gentle yet solid, and it's super good. I want to try other soba (^-^) March 2019 I asked for a weekly change today too (laughs) I wanted to try the kakiage rice bowl😋 Vegetables and seafood in one kakiage. It is on top of the bowl with Dawn. I ordered udon for the first time. soft and delicious 😊 It was Yoshida udon style. It seems that they have started Italian pasta and pizza with homemade buckwheat flour as their strength ☺️

While there is a homely atmosphere, It's a very stylish and comfortable space. The pasta and pizza that take advantage of the flavor of buckwheat flour are exquisite!
