This was all about the vibe. Our word we used for describing the restaurant and the food. “Good vibes”. A word originating back in 1940 and reclaimed again in the sixties and recently used by Gen Z. Tuscita has good vibes. The chef trained in New York and brought back his culinary training to make wonderful pasta and mains here. My Aunt and Uncle like this place and have come here at least 6 times this year alone! For lunch we had the combo A set as it was enough food without getting overly satiated. A nice relaxing dining experience with Margueritas and tea and coffee to complete the meal with desert. It was worth the travel from accross Tokyo to come here for lunch. Best of all we got to see family and enjoy and reconnect after not seeing each other for many years. I would like to come again.

Very friendly with great food and environment.

[Hideaway Italian where children are also OK] My wife seemed to be interested, so I made a reservation for lunch on the day. When I called because I didn't know if strollers were allowed, they said, "If you let me know in advance, I'll set up a seat for you." We arranged a seat for 4 people for 2 people + stroller. I had the impression that it was a hideaway restaurant for adults, but there is also a children's menu, so I am happy to say that it is also child-friendly. I entered the store around 12:30 on weekdays, but by 13:00 it was almost full, including people without reservations. I think it's a restaurant that is easy to enter, as there are women who come for lunch alone. The person in charge of the hall also explained the appetizer menu carefully, and I was able to enjoy my lunch slowly.
