I never knew there was such a famous store near Negishi Hospital, which I had been afraid to go near since I was a child...it was dark under the lighthouse. The building looks bleak from the outside. However, once you enter the entrance, you will find a calm interior like an old-fashioned coffee shop or bar. Both the owner of the kitchen and the wife at the counter serve customers with a smile. And above all, the food is delicious. The first time I had a big hamburger on a holiday, and the second time I had a daily change (hamburger and mixed fries). The depth of the demi-glace sauce and the aroma of the miso soup are wonderful. The hot hamburger with bean sprouts, large salad of the day, and plenty of vegetables make me happy. I stopped by twice for lunch during work on weekdays. This taste, this volume, and this price! I'm so worried about the cost going down. I definitely want to go again, so maybe it's okay to make it a fair price so that I can continue for a long time? That's what I think.
