It has a taste that cannot be imitated at home. I thought they must have used good quality tomatoes and olive oil. The eggplants are also large so you don't have to be stingy with them. The soup also contains lots of chopped aromatic vegetables and is delicious. I'm also glad that it's free at the moment. The pasta is delicious, but the a la carte menu is also delicious.
