The atmosphere, customer service, and taste were all great. I enjoyed a calm and extraordinary feeling at a detached restaurant surrounded by a quiet residential area and the greenery of the Hitachi Research Institute. If you're in the same price range, you'll be more satisfied with a quiet restaurant in a detached house than a gorgeous restaurant with a view of the city at night. Although it doesn't have high-quality furniture and is not pretentious, it is an elegant and wonderful space. The chef and his wife's courteous customer service that reflected their personality left a lasting impression on me. I had the courses and they were all delicious. The taste was not monotonous, but the way the flavor was imparted and the heat was very skillful, and I thought that even if I learned the recipe and used ingredients from the exact same region, I would never be able to reproduce it on my own. I feel sorry for expressing it with phrases that I've heard somewhere, like "beef is so soft" or "the tomatoes are so sweet" lol. Anyway, I was overwhelmed by the professional skills. I would like to bring my parents with me someday...

Once I went there, I found the food to be really delicious and the atmosphere was nice, so I used it many times. I think even people who are not good at French food will enjoy it. The style of the restaurant is not to crowd too many people (reservations required), so you don't have to worry about people around you. Perfect for a date. It's a pity that I didn't have the chance to move. But I'd like to visit again someday.
