Setagaya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Restaurant Délices

One of my favourite restaurant at Kyodo station. They have tables for 6, 4, 2 and some countertop seats.

I came here for the first time in 20 years. When I asked the woman at the hall, she said that it didn't follow the trend of Western restaurants at the time, but judging from past reviews, it seems to be the same. When we arrived just after 12:00, the place was full and we had to line up outside for about 10 minutes. I ordered fried shrimp and scallops and yakiniku lunch. Both the shrimp and scallops were thick and delicious. The rice is also served in a normal size, which would be about the size of a special serving at other restaurants. I was looking for a delicious Western food restaurant, so I would like to visit again. 5 points for taste, 5 points for cost performance. What I thought was a negative point was that perhaps the woman in the hall was busy with two people on that day, and she spoke in a slightly overbearing manner (especially when talking about the position in line outside). Also, the store is small, so there can be lines. On the way back, there were about 6 people in line, I think it was a group. There are many young female customers, so I think it's easy for women to enter.

Volume exceeds expectations. It's understandable that there are a few customers who are ordering less rice. The taste is orthodox Western food. The shrimp in the fried shrimp are thick and not treated with water retention treatment. I thought I might get tired of the taste with this size, but I finished it without even thinking about it. It's a small, old-fashioned shop with maybe five counter seats and three tables. The lady who takes orders and serves food is very efficient. This is a store that I want to continue running for a long time.
