A 5-minute walk from Hatsudai Station. The predecessor was a great chef who worked hard at the Ritz in France, and gourmets come all the way from the countryside... Lunch is omelet rice, but I asked them to include it in the course, and I think this is the most delicious in Japan. The ketchup is also homemade and refreshing, and the natural sweetness of tomatoes is wonderful. It was delicious today as well.

It's time consuming. The sauce is also handmade. All three sauces, basil, tomato, and demi-glace, are handmade on top of the omelet rice.

Omurice for lunch is super delicious. Even though they serve elaborate dishes, the manager has little motivation to make money, and there are days when they don't even put up a signboard. I think it's a very hidden shop.
