Rokumeiken is a western restaurant located on the 3rd floor of the seafood wholesale building in front of the market. Originally located in Tsukiji, it was relocated when the market moved to Toyosu. Speaking of Toyosu Market, sushi and seafood bowls are popular, but Western food here is also delicious. All of the items here are set meals at a fixed price of 750 yen. All dishes come with a main dish, rice, and miso soup at a reasonable price. Other shops are 4 digits for sushi, seafood bowls, pork cutlets, etc., so it's cheap compared to them. Of course, you can expect that the seafood used is purchased directly from Toyosu. Also, the shopkeeper does it in one operation, so it takes a little time when it's crowded. This time, I had "Oyster butter grilled rice". Oyster butter that is lightly battered and baked in butter. Oysters are plump. The scorch is also delicious and delicious. Rice is also going on. It's a reasonably priced Western restaurant that you can easily come to, so it will be useful when you come to Toyosu for work!
After enjoying the following at Toyosu Market on Saturday, the two of us returned to Block 6 for the first time in a long time around 12:30 and enjoyed lunch at "Rokumeiken"♪ ・Sushi at "Sho" in Block 6 from 8am ・Shop at the store on the upper floor in the back of the Akira building ・Dashi Chazuke at Mosuke Dango in Block 7 after 11 o'clock This is because I heard that the hamburger steak that disappeared after moving from Tsukiji to Toyosu Market has been revived♪ It was a busy Saturday lunch time, so I sat on a chair in front of the store and waited for about 15 minutes. It was so successful that it felt like it was back before the coronavirus. This "Rokumeiken" is a one-person shop, so it's a self-service style where you pour cold water into a cup and bring it to your table, and when you're done eating, you carry the plate to the return slot ♪ There is one single seat in the back, one two seat seat in the front near the entrance, and two four seat seats between them, making it a restaurant with a maximum of 11 seats. The inside of the store is bright and clean, there are many small oil paintings on the walls, and Western pop music is playing in the background, which seems to be the hobby of the lively owner. I ordered the hamburger rice that I was looking for, 750 yen (tax included), and my friend had already finished eating his hamburger, so we each ordered the squid butter fried rice, 750 yen (tax included), each with a small rice bowl♪ It's amazing that all products are priced at a flat rate of 750 yen including tax. After a while, the hamburger rice is brought out, but it's loaded with cabbage, the hamburger is so thin that it can be eaten with wide chopsticks, and it's also served with yellow mustard. First of all, we will have miso soup, and the soup stock has a lot of flavor and it is really delicious♪ And the hamburger steak is flavored with Worcestershire sauce, which is delicious! is. My friend goes well with rice! As I said, this is certainly delicious with rice♪ I also put the sauce on the cabbage on the table and it was delicious♪ Then, my friend ordered the butter-grilled squid, which was a hearty dish with 5 thick and long squid pieces.I had one of these, and the black pepper was good, the meat was thick, and the butter-grilled squid was mellow, and it was quite delicious. Right♪ Come to think of it, the salmon and sardines in the fried salmon and sardine rice of the customers next to me were getting a lot of cheers♪ "Rokumeiken" is a bright and clean restaurant where you can enjoy hearty hamburgers, butter-grilled squid, fried salmon, and fried sardines at a relatively reasonable price of 750 yen (tax included), along with rice and miso soup.We highly recommend it! Last time, the butter fried oysters were quite delicious, but next time I would like to try the meat omelet or fillet cutlet♪ ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー I went to Rokumeiken in Toyosu Market by myself for the first time in a while on a Saturday around 9:15am. Unfortunately, it was raining lightly this time, but now that the coronavirus pandemic has ended, temperature checks at the building entrance have stopped, and the number of foreign and Japanese customers has increased. The interior of Rokumeiken is bright and clean, and there is only one group of customers in front of you. After you disinfect your hands, the usual male owner will greet you with a smile and let you sit as you please. This restaurant is a one-off operation, so it's self-service, so I poured myself a cold drink into a glass cup, sat in the center of the store, looked at the menu, and ordered scallop butter grilled rice for 750 yen (tax included). All menus are priced at 750 yen including tax, which is nice and easy to understand. The following other menu items were available on this day: ・Aji fried rice ・Fried Shishamono ・Squid butter grilled rice ・Oyster fried rice ・Shake fried rice ・Shake butter grilled rice ・Minced meat cutlet rice ・Hamburger rice ・Meat omelet rice ・Fillet cutlet rice ・Pork ginger rice ・Chicken cutlet rice ・Chicken sautéed rice ・Ginger grilled chicken rice ・Chicken butter fried rice ・Wiener butter fried rice ・Wiener egg rice ・Ham and egg rice Salmon butter and meat omelets also look good♪ There were Sports Hochi and Yomiuri Shimbun newspapers on a table near the entrance, and I read both. They talked about the Kabuki actor Ennosuke incident and the summit. In the meantime, scallop butter rice is placed on the counter and I go to pick it up♪ Five large scallops are grilled in butter and piled high with cabbage. Serve deliciously with lemon or yellow mustard. The scallops were grilled with black pepper and plenty of butter, making them mellow and rich and delicious as expected. The rice was soft and of high quality, and the miso soup was delicious with a strong dashi stock. I paid 750 yen in cash only. Rokumeiken is a bright and clean restaurant where you can enjoy delicious, high-quality set meals at a reasonable price of 750 yen (including tax).We highly recommend it!
