Personally, I would give it a 5 star rating for the service and atmosphere, but I don't think it's suitable for people who like excessive service or fashionable shops. This is a delicious restaurant with a chef who has been a chef for nearly 50 years. Needless to say, his cooking skills are top-notch, but his procurement of ingredients is top-notch. This is a restaurant I hate to tell you about, but it's not suitable for people looking for a stylish date spot. I think this is a restaurant that only people who understand the taste should go to. The menu posted here is a set course that is tailored to that day's ingredients, so the same menu will not be served on any other day. please note.

For lunch, I shared the beef cutlet and cream croquette with my wife, and had two pieces of meat sushi. The softness of the beef cutlet is beyond description, and at the end it was a funny story with the master who was difficult to eat at first. It's a delicious and fun restaurant.

In order to have a little luxury, I visited for lunch to have the course I saw on the homepage. Reservations are required for the course, and the regular menu includes beef cutlet and beef curry. It wasn't the American red meat that is in vogue today, nor was it the marbled Wagyu beef.
