The shopkeeper's one-surgery bistro. All the dishes are delicious. Appetizers and mains are very polite perfection. Whether it's pork, fish, or beef, you're sure to be satisfied. The correct answer is to pick up every drop of the sauce used in each main dish with a piece of bread.

The pâté and Lyon-style salad are also delicious. The main dish that I always order without fail is the sautéed pork shoulder loin with porcini sauce. The smooth sauce, rich in the aroma of porcini mushrooms, entwined with the fragrant pork fat, making the chopsticks go smoothly and the bread changing go smoothly (lol).
