A restaurant where you can enjoy a course of French cuisine with a very delicious Japanese flavor. The view of the forest from inside the store is so beautiful that you'll have the illusion that you're actually visiting Karuizawa. The service is good, and the lunch course has high cost performance. I want to visit every month. However, the access road is narrow, so those visiting with large vehicles should drive carefully. It is safe to ask the staff at the store to guide you. Reservation required.

I had heard that it was difficult to get a reservation, but after going there, I was satisfied. All the dishes are delicious and served at just the right pace. I was satisfied with everything.

I've had lunch there several times in the past. This is one of my favorite restaurants, and this was my first time having dinner there. There are two courses for dinner, A and B. Course B includes two main dishes (meat and fish), and course A includes one main dish. This time, two of us had the A course, each with meat and fish. The course includes two hors d'oeuvres, soup, freshly baked bread, main course, rice miso soup, and dessert coffee. I was very satisfied with the upgraded lunch menu. The grilled flatfish wrap was especially delicious. The course lasts approximately 2 hours and allows you to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the forest. Although the access to the restaurant is a little difficult to understand, it is worth it.
