The first thing that struck me was how delicious the cold food was. I was excited that the dishes made using this water would be delicious. Ordered lunch and pasta lunch today. Appetizers include boiled oysters and cod, quiche with komatsuna and bacon, and cherry tomatoes topped with basil. For lunch, I had grated hamburger steak and crab cream croquette.The hamburger steak was coarsely ground and I enjoyed the texture. The pasta is thin and al dente. It was Japanese-style with scallops and mushrooms, and it was delicious. I also wanted to order something from a different menu.

I used it for lunch. The seasoning was good and the volume was just right. It is a shop that makes you want to go again. Now we can have dinner ☺️
