I was able to go for the first time since it required reservations. Omelet rice is very cute. It looks like omelet rice that appears in picture books. There was a wide variety of toppings, and I was able to enjoy the original omelet rice. However, it was very popular so it was difficult to make a reservation, and it was a little difficult for first-timers to understand what was on the menu... (For reservations, pay in advance by credit card at the table check, choose your main omelet rice, then choose the sauce you want to put in it. You can choose your toppings on the day.) Next time I would like to try another omelet rice.

I visited Mr. Hosomichi of Homme, which was my dream. Although I was coming from afar, I was able to visit with confidence since the reservation system started on Instagram in February of this year. When I first saw it on Instagram, I was intrigued because the shape of the omelette rice was so cute that I wanted to see it, but when I actually tried it, it was so delicious that I could say it was the best omelette rice I've ever eaten! The eggs have an exquisite firmness that won't turn into a soufflé. The seasoning sauce is of course demi-glace. The white cheese sauce has a slightly junky cheese-salty taste, but it pairs well with the eggs and makes it crunchy. The size was just enough to fill my stomach and everything was perfect. Even though I arrived a little early, the restaurant staff told me it was okay and showed me to my seat, and the staff explained the sauce (I could feel their dedication to the sauce and their love for omelet rice). I also appreciate your kind response in DM. I definitely want to go again. I want everyone around me to eat it too. It's that kind of shop.

I had been looking forward to the opportunity since the previous store, but due to the reservation system, I was finally able to go! I added sausage and cheese on the day to the jersey ketchup on the omelette rice. The drink was cream soda (ramune), but I liked the ice cream on top. Reservations are limited to 2-3 people per slot, and you can choose between 1-3 people, but the staff told me that it would be extremely difficult to make a reservation for 3 people under normal reservation conditions. Advance reservations are also available, but there will be an additional 500 yen per person. I actually wanted to make a reservation for 14:30, but the only option was 18:00, so if you are thinking of visiting as a group of 3 people, please be aware that you will probably not be able to get your desired time. Please discuss the time and try to make a reservation (as reservations will be filled up by the time you start accepting reservations 😭) But it's delicious, so I'd like you to tell me!
