My family and I made a reservation for our first French course to celebrate my mother's umbrella life. The wife's attentiveness made us feel comfortable, the chef welcomed us warmly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The wine is also original, and is very easy to drink, perfect for the food. Even my elderly mother said it was delicious and enjoyed it. The restaurant's atmosphere is homely and casual, but the food inside is top-notch, and you'll be very satisfied! Bistro La Mer is located 5 minutes on foot from Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine in Osaka. At first, I was planning to go to a different place, but I didn't do it, and when I was looking for it, I found this place, so I went. When you enter the store, there are a lot of ship 🚢 models and charts. The chef here works as a chef at Lake Biwa Hotel and seems to be quite famous. This time we ordered the chef's lunch 👨‍🍳 grilled chicken with herbs and beef cutlets. You can also have coffee ☕️ for an additional 200 yen, so order that too. First of all, as an appetizer, salad and 🥗 quiche Next, the soup is cream potage soup. This is pretty delicious. I wanted a second helping. The main beef cutlet goes well with demiglace sauce. I feel that the sauce is making over time. Herb-grilled chicken is accented with balsamic sauce! The bread is also sticky and delicious. The dessert 🍨 was also delicious until the end, and it was a shop around. We will go again! Thank you for the meal!

This is an Italian restaurant located right near Hosoigawa Station. La Mer means sea in French, so I think this is the reason for the color scheme. There are nautical charts on the tables and decorations related to the sea on the walls. The lunch menu had a meat menu and a fish menu, as well as several other lunch items recommended by the chef. Course meals are also available, which will come in handy if you want to eat a course meal starting at noon. Business hours are 11:30-14:30 (lunch) and 17:30-20:30 (dinner), closed on Mondays, and seats 18. It's not a very large restaurant, so it's best to make a reservation.
