On the Tabelog page, a mysterious restaurant written as Bistro and Italian opened its grand opening on April 15, 2023. Even on Instagram, it is written as French Italian. Looking at the menu, it seems like it's more Italian... There are 3 tables for 4 people at the entrance and 8 seats at the counter in the back, so there is a total of 22 seats, which is surprisingly large. The Takamori Wagyu beef roast was definitely recommended, so I ordered the medium size (140 grams). Takamori Wagyu beef is apparently produced in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi Prefecture, but only three cows are shipped each month. Business hours are 11:00-15:00, 17:00-23:00. It is said that there are no regular holidays, but it is only open for lunch on Mondays. As usual, the average price per customer is high because they drink a lot. I feel like I drank a lot this time.
