Haru was a big surprise. Very small restaurant run by 1 chef and 1 server. Both were excellent. The food, especially the braised beef and the pasta, were also outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Visited immediately after opening on weekdays. It's right next to Shin-Fukushima Station. Several counter seats and table seats were already occupied. It seems like a very popular shop. Lasagna lunch was 1,000 yen (tax included). fresh ginger soup White bean and prosciutto salad Lasagna The fresh ginger soup is a soup that I have never tasted before and is very flavorful. Perhaps because of the vinegar, the salad was light.◎ The main dish, lasagna, is freshly made and served piping hot. It was delicious, but personally I would like it to be a little more rich and salty. 6 seats at the counter 1 table for 2 people 1 table for 4 people The cost performance for lunch is the best. You can eat it at One Noguchi instead of One Coin. When there is only one chef and the food is crowded, it may take a while to be served. (They will tell you when you enter the store) In my case, it took about 40 minutes from the time I entered the store to the time I left. The food was served in about 10-15 minutes. I think I'll try it for a pasta lunch next time. This is a restaurant for people who like a calm atmosphere.

There are many pasta restaurants around Fukushima, but this is the place to go for lasagna for lunch. Enjoy a rich lunch with a wide variety of salads, soups, breads and lasagna (pasta available).
