The food, drinks, and service were all really great. What surprised me the most was the non-alcoholic pairing. You can choose to pair the course with alcohol, mix, or non-alcohol, so your wife can mix it. At first we toasted with champagne, but after the second cup we had tea and it was amazing! It's a tea, but it's complex and refreshes your mouth with each sip, making your next sip more delicious. The space was very luxurious and I would definitely like to come again.
