It is located behind the Yokohamabashi shopping street and has a Showa-style exterior. It seemed small from the entrance, but the inside was surprisingly spacious and relaxing. I received the 1.5x 240g hamburger set for lunch. You can choose from four types of sauce: old style, mushroom, garlic, and Japanese style. Since it was my first time, I chose the demi-glace old style. The demi-glace sauce and fried onion topping go well together. It brings out the deliciousness of the hamburger steak. This is a heavy hamburger steak that has been thoroughly ground, rather than the coarsely ground beef that is common these days. When you take a bite, you can feel the flavor of the nutmeg-rich meat. I thought it was a bit much, but I ate 240 grams in no time. The quiche-like accompaniment was also very delicious. The soft-spoken chef's customer service was very pleasant, and I could tell that he did his job with great care. It was a restaurant that I would definitely like to return to since I can expect other menu items as well.
